 Safisha Africa Welfare Foundation aims at streghening the education of the children from very poor households in the informal and slums in Kenya.We do so through providing a classroom,a feeding program and education facilities.The organization also receives volunteers to help in giving expertise and skills so us to change the destiny of the vulnerable children.Who can volunteer Any individual,family or group with profession or without profession but with a heart to work with the children.The volunteer should be between 18 to 60 years and if under 18 can be accompanied by the parent. Volunteer job Assisting the teachers in delivering notes ,homework,classwork,writing letters,numbers,addition,coloring and reading words and speaking English. What to expect  Expect a good environment of a good host,friendly children and host. You will be served with three meals a day orientation,pick up from the airport and gated surrounding that assures you the safety. Management You will encounter management that will coordinate activities,organize for your safari and immerse you int of life.o a culture that will drastically change your way Accommodation Abed,pillow,blanked,sheet and mosquito net is provided to you.You will enjoy a hot shower. Accommodation & Food cost The cost is $360 that includes accommodation,three meals a day,pick up and drop up from the project,WiFi,and washing machine. Environment You will be picked from the airport after you send the flight details that shows your arrival date and time. | |
